Regulations of the Lago Arsiè Camping Village
Management would like to remind you that entry to the campground implies acceptance and full compliance with the following regulations, in order to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for everyone.
1.
One car space is assigned to each pitch and any additional cars will be charged for. Any changes to the place and number have to be agreed beforehand with Reception (only one pitch change is allowed). By law, any changes to the number of people staying on the pitch have to be immediately notified to the reception. All your equipment and vehicles must be placed tidily inside the boundaries of your pitch or in the parking lot outside the campground. It is strictly forbidden to park any vehicle on the internal roads or, even momentarily, in any other pitch, even if they are not occupied. Failure to comply with this will result in being charged the fee for the occupied pitch.
2.
VEHICLES can only enter (one for each pitch/accommodation is included in the price) after registering the license plate when you check-in. You are required to check the accuracy of the number you have provided and report any inconsistencies. The system that opens and closes the bars at the campground entrance is regulated by an electronic license plate reader system. Management is authorized to forbid entry into the campsite or remove vehicles within the premises that are not properly registered.

To ensure the peace and safety of all our guests, you should use your CAR as little as possible. When essential, please drive inside the campground keeping a walking pace, never exceeding 10 km/h. Traffic is prohibited during the night hours (11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.). Between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, please respect the afternoon quiet hours and thus avoid disturbing other guests.

NIGHT QUIET HOURS: 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. Silence and respect for others' quiet should be observed during quiet hours. During these hours it is forbidden to enter and leave and drive motor vehicles within the campground. It is strictly forbidden to make noises that in any way disturb the rest of campers as well as to set up or take down tents. Furthermore, during this period it is forbidden to use washing machines, dryers, radios, TVs, musical instruments. Management reserves the right to immediately expel any guests whose behavior disturbs the peace and quiet of others.
5.
Adults are directly and fully responsible for their CHILDREN’S behaviour, ensuring that their lively behavior does not disturb the other campers. In addition, toddlers must always be accompanied to the restrooms by an adult and be supervised when bathing in the lake and using the playground.
6.
DOGS or SMALL PETS are allowed but the hygienic and sanitary regulations provided by the competent authorities and those imposed by the Management must be respected at all times. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Droppings should always be picked up and thrown away in the appropriate bins. Dogs are allowed on the beach of the campsite.
7.
We rely on your cooperation to keep the CAMPSITE CLEAN, especially the toilets. Sinks and washbasins must be used as instructed. Chemical toilets and buckets must be kept under the caravans and emptied in the appropriate spaces. It is absolutely forbidden to pour any liquid on the pitches or on the roads of the campground.

In the pitches, CHECK-IN can take place between 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m. while CHECK-OUT between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
In the accommodations, CHECK-IN can take place between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. while CHECK-OUT between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
Upon approval of the Management, it is allowed to stay within the camping village beyond the check-out time.
The Guest will be charged an additional fee equivalent to the additional half day.
Access to the campsite for guests who have already registered their LICENSE PLATE to the reader that closes and opens the bars may take place from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
In the accommodations, CHECK-IN can take place between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. while CHECK-OUT between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

9.
Daily visitors are not accepted due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
10.
IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- to leave rubbish outside the rubbish bins;
- to dig holes or channels in the ground;
- to light fires outside; the grill on the pitch and near the cottage can be used exclusively with GAS.
- to damage the vegetation, to pour oil, fuel, hot liquids, salty liquids or any wastewater on the ground;
- to wash cars or any other vehicles inside the site;
- to wash crockery or linen anywhere other than the specific sinks. To wash or get washed at the drinking fountains spread around the site. To waste water or to use it improperly;
- to hang out the laundry or make fences, pull ropes at eye level, and install anything else that may pose potential danger and hinder free movement within the site.
11.
Management does not respond for any DAMAGE, LOSS OR THEFT of guests’ personal items. Items found within the premises should be handed over to the Front Desk, to take care of the necessary legal steps and ensure they are returned to their rightful owners. Please take care of your personal property with the necessary precautions. Money and valuables should not be left unattended in caravans, tents or mobile homes. Money should be kept with you at all times, possibly split among family members. Do not leave valuables inside your car, such as cameras, video cameras, etc., especially during the night.
12.
Management does not respond for any DAMAGE caused by natural disasters, falling trees or branches. The use of the playground and equipment is at your own personal risk. Management declines all responsibility for accidents of any kind that may occur within the campground as well as while swimming in the lake or on the beach.
13.
Please inform Management of any equipment FAILURES or malfunctions in the campsite. We will intervene as quickly as possible to resolve these issues. Should there be any disputes with other guests, please avoid arguments with them but directly inform Management of the issue.
14.
The reserved accommodations and pitches MUST BE PAID FOR on the day of arrival. Payment of the stay for pitches in the non-bookable areas must be made within three days of arrival during the cash desk hours specified at the Front Desk. Payment may be made in cash (up to a maximum of €1.000), by credit card: Maestro, Visa, MasterCard or debit card (Bancomat).
15.
Upon DEPARTURE, please leave the pitch/accommodation clean and tidy. The final cleaning costs have a fixed cost of €40.00 (rubbish must always be taken out and thrown in the designated areas, the kitchenette must be tidy and free of dirty dishes). In case of necessity, if the accommodation/pitch is left particularly dirty/damaged/untidy, the Management will charge the cost of €70.00 as a penalty without prior notice.
