What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is possible within 30 days of arrival date.
In the event that a deposit is paid, a voucher of equal value will be issued for use within the following season (the voucher is transferable to a third party).
For any cancellations out of time and/or no-shows without prior notice, the deposit will be retained in full. The reservation will be considered valid until 9:00 a.m. of the following day, in case of no-show and/or communication by that time, Management is free to sell the reserved asset to others.
For arrivals and departures different from the booking dates, payment of the entire booked period will be required in any and all cases.
These conditions apply to all reservations that do not state a different cancellation policy.

Office opening hours, check-in and check-out
Reception is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Check-in for pitches starting from 12 p.m. If the pitch is already free before that time, it is possible to occupy it immediately.
Check-out for pitches (booked and not booked) must be vacated compulsorily by 12 p.m. on the day of departure. Upon request at the reception desk, it is possible to agree to postpone the departure until 6 p.m. at the latest, and only in case the pitch is not already booked (there is an additional half-day charge in this case). For departures after 6 p.m. the entire extra night will be charged.

Check-out for accommodations: by 10 a.m.

Various and eventual pitches
Equipment: all pitches are equipped with electricity (4-10 Amps depending on the type of pitch). European plug, in case of need it is possible to get an adapter and an extension cord at the reception upon payment of a deposit.
Maximum number of people: a maximum of 6 people are allowed on each pitch.
Change of pitch: in case of need or by preference it is possible to change the pitch number by prior arrangement with Reception (only one change is allowed) . In case a customer moves without giving any notice and the occupied pitch was already assigned to a family arriving, the same will have priority.

Payment methods
Payment methods accepted: cash (up to a maximum limit of € 1000.00), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and debit cards. Discounts and special offers are valid only with cash payment for stays of at least 14 nights and cannot be combined. As far as payment for the stay in booked pitches and accommodations is concerned, payment is mandatory during the day of arrival. In all other cases, it is mandatory to settle the balance by the day before the departure date.
Discounted rates
Any cards to obtain discounted rates such as, for example, TOPCAMPING CARD, ADAC must be presented upon arrival and in any case during the registration phase. They will only be deemed valid on certain types of pitches (communicated upon arrival by the check-in office). They cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Minimarket
There is a daily fresh bread delivery service in the campground. There is also a restaurant/pizzeria, open daily for both lunch and dinner, offering bar service throughout the day.
Day Guests
Visitors are allowed upon payment of entrance ticket to be made at the Front Desk.
Campsite and services – pets
Dogs and other pets are welcome at Lake Arsiè Camping Village.
Restrictions: our 4-legged friends must be kept on a leash and supervised at all times to ensure the safety and rest of all the other guests at the campground.
Everyone is required to pick up their 4-legged friend's waste.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed on pitches and in selected accommodations (subject to availability) including Glamping Standard and Comfort tents and in Standard Mobile Homes.

Vehicles admitted on pitches
Complying with the limits of the pitch, up to one vehicle can be parked there. Each extra car may be parked in the parking lot outside the campground. Only one car is included in the price of the pitch.
ATM
There are no ATMs at the campsite. They can be found in Arsiè (1,5 km).
Mailing service
You can leave your outbound mail directly at the Reception desk; We will take care of delivering everything to the postman (every day except Saturday and Sunday). We also accept inbound mail for our guests. They will be responsible for collecting it at the Front Desk.
Lost&Found
Any items belonging to others found within the premises must be handed over to the Reception of the campground. We will take care to return it to the owner.
